What FPV frame sizes do you manufacture?
We manufacture carbon fiber FPV frames from 5 to 18 inches. The most popular sizes are 5-inch (racing and freestyle) and 7-inch (long range). We also produce custom sizes for specific builds — send us your design and we will cut it.
What carbon fiber material do you use for FPV frames?
Standard is 3K twill weave T700 carbon fiber prepreg with 1.5mm to 3mm thickness. We also offer plain weave, forged pattern, and UD layup for specific stiffness requirements. Glossy and matte surface finishes are both available.
Is there a minimum order quantity for FPV frames?
No MOQ. Order one sample frame for testing, or thousands for production. Same carbon fiber, same CNC program, same inspection at every quantity level. Samples ship in 3–7 days.
Can you make custom FPV frame designs?
Yes. Send us your STEP, IGES, DXF, or PDF drawing. We CNC cut your custom carbon fiber FPV frame from plate. Prototypes in 3–7 days, production in 7–15 days.
How do you ensure quality on FPV frame parts?
Every carbon fiber FPV frame part goes through dimensional inspection with calipers — OD, ID, hole positions, thickness. We photograph the actual products and send dimensional reports before shipment. ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management across the entire process.
Can you sign an NDA before I share my FPV frame design?
Yes. We sign NDAs before reviewing any drawings. Custom tooling and CNC programs are exclusive to your project — never shared with another client. Your IP stays yours from first contact to final delivery.
What surface finishes do you offer on FPV frames?
Glossy clear coat, matte clear coat, and raw unfinished. The woven carbon fiber texture is visible through all clear coat options. Painted finishes in any color are available for OEM branding. No extra charge for standard finishes.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services for FPV frames?
Both. OEM: you send the design, we manufacture it. ODM: we design the carbon fiber FPV frame based on your requirements (motor size, prop clearance, payload target), then produce it. Either way, you get factory-direct pricing.
