Hot Press Production
Our hot-press lines handle 3K T300 through T700 prepreg — twill weave, plain weave, forged pattern, and UD. Single sheets up to 3,000 × 8,000 mm with no splicing. Thickness range: 0.2–120 mm.
CNC Machining Center
3-axis and 5-axis CNC right here in the same building where we press the sheets. Custom carbon fiber parts ship in 7–15 working days from drawing approval. Tolerance: ±0.05 mm.
100% Quality Inspection
Not sampling inspection — 100% inspection instead. Every carbon fiber tube gets OD, ID, and wall thickness checked with calipers. Pre-shipment photos and dimensional reports provided.

Hot Press Line
Our hot-press lines handle 3K T300 through T700 prepreg — twill weave, plain weave, forged pattern, and UD. A single sheet goes up to 3,000 × 8,000 mm with no splicing. Last month alone we pressed over 4,500 sheets for a German client — every piece passed inspection.
Tube Production Line
Roll-wrapped and pultruded carbon fiber tubes from 1.5 mm to 196 mm inner diameter. Round, square, and rectangular profiles. Custom OD/ID configuration with lengths up to 4 meters.
CNC Machining Center
3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines right here in the same building where we press the sheets. If there is a tolerance issue, the operator walks over to the press team and sorts it out same day. Custom carbon fiber parts ship in 7–15 working days from drawing approval.
Quality Inspection & Packing
100% inspection on every piece — OD, ID, wall thickness, visual surface check. Before your order ships, we take photos and send the dimensional report. Foam-lined cartons or palletized crates. Request a quote and we respond within 24 hours.

What is your largest carbon fiber sheet size?
3,000 mm × 8,000 mm in a single piece, no splicing. One of the largest from any carbon fiber sheet factory in China. Standard cuts include 500 × 500 mm and 1,000 × 1,000 mm — those ship same week from stock.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ. Whether you order one piece for prototyping or thousands for production, the result is the same material, same CNC program, and same inspection standard. We treat every order with equal care.
How fast can I get carbon fiber samples?
Stock sheets and tubes ship in 3–5 working days. Custom CNC parts need 7–15 working days from drawing approval. DHL or FedEx adds 3–7 days to your door.
Can you sign an NDA before I share drawings?
Yes. We sign NDAs before seeing any drawings. Custom tooling and molds are exclusive to your project — never shared or reused for another client. Your IP stays yours from first contact to final delivery.
