Machined from your drawings. For instance, STEP, IGES, and PDF formats are all accepted. No MOQ on custom parts.

Carbon Fiber Made in Our Factory
We are not a trading company. Instead, walk through our shop floor and you will see the presses running, the tubes being wrapped, and every part getting measured before it goes out.
Our Own Sheet Press Lines
Most "manufacturers" in China are actually trading companies that buy sheets from someone else. However, we press our own. Specifically, our hot-press lines handle 3K T300 through T700 prepreg — twill weave, plain weave, forged pattern, and UD. As a result, a single sheet goes up to 3,000 × 8,000 mm with no splicing. That is not common in this industry. For example, last month alone we pressed over 4,500 tubes and sheets for a German client — and every piece passed inspection.
CNC Machining — No Outsourcing
You send a drawing, and we cut it on our own machines. In other words, 3-axis and 5-axis CNC are right here in the same building where we press the sheets. That means if there is a tolerance issue, the operator walks over to the press team and sorts it out the same day. Furthermore, there is no waiting on a subcontractor who does not answer emails. Consequently, custom carbon fiber parts ship in 7–15 working days from drawing approval.
We Measure Every Piece
Not sampling inspection — 100% inspection instead. To be specific, every carbon fiber tube gets its OD, ID, and wall thickness checked with calipers. Similarly, every sheet gets a visual surface check. Then, before your order ships, we take photos of the actual products and send you the dimensional report. In short, you see what you are getting before it leaves our dock.

We have shipped to Germany, the US, Japan, and Australia — 57 countries so far. Moreover, DHL and FedEx handle small and urgent orders, while sea freight is available for bulk. In addition, every shipment gets foam-lined cartons (or palletized crates for larger orders) and full customs paperwork. What B2B buyers ask us before placing an order. Below are the most common questions.
What is your largest carbon fiber sheet size?
3,000 mm × 8,000 mm in a single piece, with no splicing. Indeed, that is one of the largest from any carbon fiber sheet factory in China. Furthermore, standard cuts include 500 × 500 mm and 1,000 × 1,000 mm — those ship the same week from stock.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ. Whether you order one piece for prototyping or thousands for production, the result is the same material, same CNC program, and same inspection standard. In other words, we treat every order with equal care.
How fast can I get carbon fiber samples?
Stock sheets and tubes ship in 3–5 working days. On the other hand, custom CNC parts need 7–15 working days from drawing approval. After that, DHL or FedEx adds 3–7 days to your door.
Can you sign an NDA before I share drawings?
Yes, absolutely. First, we sign NDAs before seeing any drawings. Then, custom tooling and molds are kept exclusive to your project. As a result, they are never shared or reused for another client.
