We Press Our Own Sheets
Our hot-press lines run 3K T300 through T700 prepreg. Twill, plain, forged, UD. A single sheet goes up to 3,000 × 8,000 mm with no splice. That size is not easy to find from a factory that also does its own cutting. Last month we shipped 4,500 carbon fiber tubes to a German client. Every piece passed inspection.
CNC Under the Same Roof
3-axis and 5-axis machines sit in the same building as our presses. If a tolerance issue comes up, the operator walks over to the press team and sorts it out that day. No subcontractor, no waiting on someone who does not return emails. Custom carbon fiber parts ship in 7 to 15 working days from drawing approval.
100% Inspection, Not Sampling
Every carbon fiber tube gets its OD, ID, and wall thickness measured with calipers before it leaves the bench. Sheets get a full surface check. We also photograph the actual products and send you the dimensional report before shipment. You know what is coming before it hits your dock.

What buyers ask before they order.
What is your largest carbon fiber sheet size?
3,000 mm × 8,000 mm single piece, no splice. One of the largest from any carbon fiber sheet factory in China. Standard cuts (500 × 500, 1,000 × 1,000) usually ship same week from stock.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No MOQ. Order one piece for prototyping, or thousands for production. Same material, same inspection, either way.
How fast can I get samples?
Stock sheets and tubes ship in 3 to 5 working days. Custom CNC parts take 7 to 15 working days from drawing approval. DHL or FedEx delivers in another 3 to 7 days.
Can you sign an NDA before I share drawings?
Yes. We sign NDAs before seeing any drawings. Custom tooling is exclusive to your project, never shared with another client.
