MARK4 V2 7 Inch FPV Carbon Fiber Frame

The MARK4 V2 7 inch carbon fiber frame bridges freestyle agility and long-range capability. 6mm 3K T300 arms — the right thickness for 7-inch props — eliminate mid-flight flex without the weight penalty of overbuilt frames. 280mm wheelbase, 170g, with 2mm camera side plates for protected GoPro mounting. Built entirely in-house at YT CARBON FIBER: we press the sheet, cut the parts, and ship direct. No MOQ, ISO 9001, sample available.

Product Details

If you’ve been flying 5-inch frames and want to step up to longer flights, heavier payloads, or more stable footage — the MARK4 V2 7 inch FPV carbon fiber frame is built for exactly that. The 295mm wheelbase and H-type layout give you the room and rigidity that long-range and cinematic builds demand. It’s not trying to be a stretched 5-inch. The geometry, arm length, and stack spacing were designed around 7-inch props from the start.

The first thing that catches your eye on this FPV long range frame: the 6mm arms. Most 7-inch frames stop at 4mm or 5mm. Going to 6mm adds roughly 30g but the payoff is real — less arm flex under load means your motors respond cleaner, your flight controller doesn’t fight as much noise, and your footage comes out without that faint jello that kills otherwise great clips. We’ve seen pilots try to fix vibration issues with filters and dampeners when the real fix is just a stiffer arm.

Every arm is cut from our own 3K T300 carbon fiber sheet — we make the sheet, then we machine the arm, all under one roof. That matters because when you buy a frame from a trading company, they’re sourcing sheets from whoever’s cheapest that week. Batch consistency goes out the window. With us, you get the same density, same fiber volume fraction, and same laminate quality on every order. Reorder six months later and it’ll feel like the same frame.

The three-plate stack uses a 3.0mm bottom and middle plate for the structural backbone, with a 2.0mm top plate to save weight where you don’t need max strength. The 2.5mm camera side plates are worth calling out — they hold the camera tight enough that high-frequency vibration doesn’t bleed into your footage. On long flights especially, even a tiny amount of camera mount flex shows up as annoying micro-jello. At 160g total, this 7 inch drone frame holds its own against lighter competitors while being noticeably more solid in the air.

Arm soft mounts come included — they sit between the arm and the frame body to eat motor vibration before it hits your FC. It’s a small detail but it makes a real difference in filter headroom, especially on 6S setups where motor RPM is high. Battery pads and straps are in the box too, so you can build it straight away without hunting for parts.

  • Aluminum standoffs
  • Stainless steel screws and hardware
  • Arm soft mounts (vibration damping)

  • Battery straps

Applications

  • Long-range FPV — 7-inch props on 6S give you the efficiency to fly out miles and come back. This FPV long range frame won’t let you down when you’re 3km from home with 15% battery.
  • Cinematic filming — The 2.5mm camera plates and rigid H-type structure kill jello before it starts. Mount your GoPro, hit record, and focus on the flying.
  • Payload carrying — 6mm arms don’t bend when you load up with big batteries and extra gear. Works well as a heavy lift drone frame for delivery or sensor payloads.
  • Survey and inspection — Stable platform for commercial work where you need repeatable, predictable flight behavior on every sortie.

Why Choose YTCarbon

  • We make our own CF sheet — From raw fiber to finished plate, it all happens in our factory. No trading company markup, no mystery material, no batch-to-batch surprises.
  • CNC cut with tight tolerances — Every hole, every cutout, every edge. Chamfered internal corners so cracks don’t start where they always start on cheap frames.
  • No MOQ — Buy one frame for your personal build or a thousand for distribution. Same carbon fiber drone frame, same quality, same attention.
  • ISO 9001 certified — Our quality system is audited. Material Test Reports are available when you need them for your own compliance paperwork.
  • Sample before you commit — We’ll send you a frame at cost. Inspect it, fly it, beat it up. Then decide if you want to place a real order.

Certifications

Every frame we ship is backed by documented quality credentials. We hold ISO 9001 certification for our quality management system, and our carbon fiber materials carry RoHS and CE compliance — which matters if you’re reselling into the EU or supplying customers who need traceable documentation. The certificates below cover our facility and materials. Need a copy for your records? Just ask and we’ll send the PDF.

How We Manufacture Your Frame

A lot of frame sellers can’t tell you how their product gets made because they don’t make it — they buy it from a supplier who buys it from another supplier. We’re different. The process below shows what actually happens inside our facility: raw 3K T300 carbon fiber comes in, we lay it up and press it into sheet, then our CNC machines cut every plate and arm to spec. After machining, each part gets a visual and dimensional inspection before it goes into the package. The flowchart lays it out step by step.

Frequently Asked Questions

+  What battery does the MARK4 V2 7 inch FPV carbon fiber frame support?
It fits 4S through 6S packs. The 295mm wheelbase leaves plenty of room for 6S 18650 or 21700 Li-ion packs that long-range pilots prefer. Battery straps and anti-slip pads come in the box, so your pack stays put even when you’re throwing it around in a dive.
+  Can I run 6-inch props on this frame?
Yeah, the arm length works for both 6 and 7-inch props. If you mostly fly 6-inch, you get extra clearance and a bit more prop efficiency — you just carry a few more grams of frame weight compared to a purpose-built 6-inch frame. For most pilots it’s a fair trade.
+  Why go with 6mm arms when 4mm is the standard?
Flex. Under motor torque, a 4mm arm bends enough that your FC picks up noise and your footage picks up vibration. The 6mm arm is noticeably stiffer. It also survives crashes better — if you’re flying long range and you go down hard a mile out, a broken arm means you’re hiking. The 30g weight penalty is worth it for the reliability.
+  How long does it take to get a sample or small order?
Standard frames ship within 3-5 working days. If you need something custom — different arm thickness, a modified camera mount, custom engraving — we typically turn that around in 7-10 working days after confirming the spec. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) adds 3-7 days to your door.
+  Do you offer OEM or custom branding?
We do. Custom laser engraving on the top plate, colored aluminum standoffs, modified arm designs, even fully custom frame layouts — our engineering team handles it. Send us a sketch or a spec and we’ll get back to you with a quote within 24 hours. We’ve done OEM work for brands across Europe and North America.
