MARK4 V2 10 Inch FPV Carbon Fiber Frame

The MARK4 V2 10 inch carbon fiber frame is the only model in the V2 series with 7mm arms — because 10-inch prop torque makes 6mm arms flex, and 7mm is a structural requirement, not an upgrade. 380mm wheelbase, 255g, with 2.5mm camera side plates (thicker than 7/8-inch models) to handle the larger airframe’s lateral forces. Built for long-endurance FPV, professional filming, and industrial inspection. Source factory direct from YT CARBON FIBER. No MOQ, ISO 9001, sample available.

Product Details

When your build needs maximum payload capacity, longest endurance, and a platform that doesn’t flinch under heavy gear — the MARK4 V2 10 inch FPV carbon fiber frame is where you land. The 424mm wheelbase gives you room for 10-inch props, which means serious thrust and efficiency. This isn’t a scaled-up 7-inch. The frame geometry, arm thickness, and plate stack are all designed for what 10-inch builds actually demand: rigidity under heavy load and zero flex when you’re carrying expensive camera gear 5km from home.

The 7mm arms are the headline here. Every other size in the MARK4 V2 line uses 6mm, but the 10-inch gets 7mm 3K T300 carbon fiber arms — because bigger props and heavier batteries generate more torque and more arm flex. On a 10-inch frame, arm flex isn’t just a flight performance issue. It shows up in your footage as jello, it messes with your altitude hold, and on hard landings it’s the difference between a bent arm and a broken one. We went 7mm because the 20–30g weight penalty is worth it for what this frame is asked to carry. And since we press our own carbon fiber sheet and cut every arm in-house, that 7mm thickness is consistent across every unit and every reorder.

The side plates step up to 2.5mm — thicker than the 2.0mm used on the 7 and 8-inch versions. On a frame this size, the side plates take more lateral stress from arm-mounted motor torque, and the extra thickness prevents the micro-vibrations that kill smooth footage on long cinematic flights. Camera side plates stay at 2.5mm to keep the camera mount rock-solid. The bottom and middle plates are 3.0mm for the structural backbone, with a 2.0mm top plate to save weight where it doesn’t compromise strength.

At 235g, this 10 inch drone frame is built to carry. The stack accommodates 30.5×30.5mm and 20×20mm flight controllers with room for GPS, digital VTX, and larger ESCs. Motor holes fit both 16×16mm and 19×19mm patterns. Arm soft mounts, battery pads, straps, and full hardware are included — everything you need to build a serious long-range or heavy-lift rig.

    • Aluminum standoffs
  • Stainless steel screws and hardware
  • Arm soft mounts (vibration damping)
  • Battery pads
  • Battery straps

Applications

  • Ultra-long-range FPV — 10-inch props on 6S give you the most efficient thrust-to-power ratio in FPV. Fly 10km+ missions and come back with battery to spare. This 10 inch long range frame is built for pilots who take distance seriously
  • Professional cinematography — The 7mm arms and 2.5mm side plates deliver a vibration-free platform that keeps your footage clean. Carry a full-size action cam or gimbal setup without jello ruining your takes
  • Heavy-lift and delivery — 424mm wheelbase and reinforced structure handle large battery packs and payload modules. Ideal as a heavy lift drone frame for prototype delivery systems or agricultural sensor rigs
  • Industrial inspection — Stable, predictable flight behavior for commercial survey, power line inspection, and infrastructure monitoring where reliability matters more than agility

Why Choose YTCarbon

  • Factory-direct, not resold. We manufacture our own 3K carbon fiber sheet from raw fiber, then CNC machine every arm and plate in the same facility. Buying this 10 inch carbon fiber drone frame from us means you skip the trading company markup and get consistent material quality batch after batch
  • Tight CNC tolerances. Every mounting hole, every edge, every cutout. Internal corners are chamfered to prevent the crack propagation that ruins cheap frames after a season of hard flying
  • Zero MOQ. One frame for testing, a hundred for your product line, a thousand for distribution. Same carbon, same process, same quality control on every order
  • ISO 9001 certified quality. Independently audited quality system. Material Test Reports available when your customers or regulators ask for traceable documentation
  • Sample first, order later. Get a frame at cost. Build it, fly it, stress-test it. Then decide on volume with real-world data, not spec sheets

Certifications

Every frame we ship is backed by documented quality credentials. We hold ISO 9001 certification for our quality management system, and our carbon fiber materials carry RoHS and CE compliance — which matters if you’re reselling into the EU or supplying customers who need traceable documentation. How We Manufacture Your Frame

A lot of frame sellers can’t tell you how their product gets made because they don’t make it — they buy it from a supplier who buys it from another supplier. We’re different. The process below shows what actually happens inside our facility: raw 3K T300 carbon fiber comes in, we lay it up and press it into sheet, then our CNC machines cut every plate and arm to spec. After machining, each part gets a visual and dimensional inspection before it goes into the package.

Frequently Asked Questions

+ Why does the 10-inch frame use 7mm arms instead of 6mm?
Torque and payload. 10-inch props generate significantly more rotational force than 7 or 8-inch, and a 6mm arm under that load will flex enough to introduce vibration into your FC and camera footage. The 7mm arm eliminates that flex. On a frame designed for long-range and heavy-lift, arm rigidity isn’t optional — it’s the difference between a smooth 20-minute cruise and a footage-ruining vibration fest.
+ What battery should I run on this 10 inch FPV carbon fiber frame?
6S 5000–8000mAh Li-ion packs are standard for long-range builds. If you’re running 3115 or 2812 motors with 10-inch props, 6S gives you the best efficiency. 4S works for lighter setups but you lose a lot of the payload advantage. The 424mm wheelbase fits large packs easily, and the included straps and anti-slip pads keep everything secure even in aggressive flight.
+ Can this frame handle digital FPV systems like DJI O3?
Yes. The stack has room for 20×20mm and 30.5×30.5mm mounting, and the 35mm internal stack height gives you clearance for digital VTX units. The 2.5mm side plates provide a solid camera mount that doesn’t transfer motor vibration into your video feed. Many pilots run DJI O3 and Walksnail on this platform without issues.
+ What motors work best with this 10-inch frame?
2807, 2812, and 3115 motors in the 600–900KV range are the most common pairing. For pure long-range cruising on 6S, 3115 900KV with 10×5 props is hard to beat. For a balance of range and agility, 2807 or 2812 at 700–900KV works well. Motor mounting holes fit both 16×16mm and 19×19mm patterns.
+ Do you support OEM branding and custom frame modifications?
Absolutely. Custom laser engraving, colored standoffs, modified arm thickness, custom plate layouts — our in-house engineering team handles it all. Send us your drawing or concept, and you’ll get a quote back within 24 hours. We’ve delivered OEM frames to brands across Europe and North America with custom specs and branding.
