True-X Geometry for Balanced Handling
The FX 10 inch FPV carbon fiber frame uses a True-X layout with a 419mm wheelbase, meaning all four arms sit at equal angles. This geometry delivers symmetrical flight characteristics — the drone responds identically whether you roll left or right, pitch forward or back. For freestyle pilots, this predictability is what makes the difference between a clean flip and a messy recovery. The 419mm wheelbase provides enough prop clearance for 10-inch props without the awkward handling of larger cinema frames.
6mm Arms Built for Impact
Most 10-inch FPV frames use 5mm arms. We went with 6mm on the FX series because 10-inch props generate more torque and longer arms flex more under load. The extra millimeter eliminates mid-flight wobble and dramatically improves crash survival. Each arm is CNC cut from our in-house produced 3K twill carbon fiber sheets — we press the raw prepreg, cure the sheet, then machine the arm. Full material traceability from fiber to finished frame.
3mm Plates Throughout
Both the bottom plate and top plate use 3.0mm 3K twill carbon fiber. Many frames save weight with thinner top plates, but the FX keeps it uniform — the result is a stiffer center structure that doesn’t twist during aggressive maneuvers. At 290g bare frame weight, it’s not the lightest 10-inch on the market, but it’s the one that stays in one piece.

Production Process
Every FX series FPV carbon fiber frame is produced in our Shenzhen facility — from raw carbon fiber prepreg to finished, inspected frame. Here is our step-by-step process:
- Prepreg Cutting — 3K twill carbon fiber prepreg cut to sheet dimensions based on required thickness (3mm plates, 6mm arms)
- Hot Press Curing — Temperature-controlled press cures the carbon fiber sheets under controlled pressure for full resin crosslinking
- CNC Machining — 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines cut frame plates, arms, and mounting holes with ±0.1mm tolerance
- Chamfering & Deburring — All cutout edges chamfered, screw holes countersunk, surfaces deburred for clean assembly
- Press-Nut Installation — Threaded inserts installed with proper tooling for secure, repeatable hardware fitment
- Assembly & Test Fit — Frame assembled and test-fitted to verify all alignments before packaging
- Quality Inspection — Dimensional measurement of wheelbase, hole positions, plate thickness, and overall weight; anti-static bag packaging
