How We Manufacture Your Carbon Fiber Card Holder
The card holder shell starts as 3K twill carbon fiber prepreg cut to the front and back profiles. Each half is laid into a CNC aluminum mold and compression-molded under heat and pressure — the tight tolerances are essential because the pop-up mechanism depends on a precise fit between the shell and the inner frame. After demolding, CNC trimming cleans the edges to 0.1 mm accuracy. The stainless steel or aluminum inner frame is press-fit into the shell halves, the spring-loaded pop-up mechanism is assembled, and the two halves are joined. The finished unit moves to the laser engraving station for logo work, then through a final function test (card ejection, RFID shielding, crush load) before individual box packing.
