Product Details
Aluminum suitcases dent. Polycarbonate ones crack under real baggage-handler abuse. A carbon fiber luggage shell does neither — it absorbs impact, bounces back, and keeps contents safe. Thinner, lighter shell that still outperforms both.
30–40% Lighter Than Aluminum
Every kilogram counts when airlines charge for excess weight. A CF hard-shell carry-on weighs 30–40% less than an equivalent aluminum case, leaving more room for your stuff. The weave pattern — 3K twill or forged carbon — turns heads on the carousel.
OEM for Luxury & Corporate Programs
We build shells using vacuum-assisted resin infusion or compression molding. Custom sizes, interior layouts, wheel configs, and brand logo inlay are all available. One factory, one invoice.

Applications
- Business Travel — A 20″ carry-on that weighs under 3 kg leaves serious room for laptops, documents, and a change of clothes without hitting the airline weight cap.
- Luxury Travel Brands — The carbon weave is a visual signature no polycarbonate shell can fake. OEM/ODM programs with custom branding are our bread and butter.
- Executive & VIP Gifts — A carbon fiber suitcase does not get regifted. Companies order these in batches for top-tier clients and senior management milestone gifts.
- Photography & Equipment — The rigid shell protects delicate gear during air travel better than soft cases, and the weight savings lets you pack more equipment.
- Aviation Crew — Pilots and flight attendants who fly weekly need a case that survives constant loading and unloading — CF shells outlast PC by years.
Why Choose YTCarbon
- Proven at the 2025 World UAV Expo — If we build drone frames that survive crashes, we can build a suitcase that survives baggage claim.
- 30–40% Lighter Than Aluminum — Same stiffness, a fraction of the weight. Pays for itself in saved baggage fees.
- Impact Recovery, Not Impact Dent — Aluminum dents. PC cracks. CF deforms and springs back to shape.
- Full OEM/ODM Capability — We mold the shell, source the hardware, assemble, and brand. Send your design file or choose from our existing templates. One factory, one invoice, one point of contact.
- Scratch-Resistant Surface — Hardened resin resists scuffs. Still looks sharp after two years of weekly travel.
Certifications
YTCarbon operates under an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system. Every carbon fiber luggage shell is traceable from raw material through layup, molding, trimming, and final assembly. Material test reports and RoHS compliance documentation are available on request — standard for products shipping to EU and North American retail channels.
How We Manufacture Your Carbon Fiber Luggage
Each luggage shell starts with precision-cut carbon fiber prepreg or dry fabric laid into a two-piece CNC aluminum mold. For twill finishes, we align the weave pattern carefully before closing the mold; for forged carbon, we pack short-fiber preform for that signature random marble. Vacuum-assisted resin infusion or compression molding cures the shell under controlled temperature and pressure. After demolding, CNC trimming ensures exact edge tolerances for the hinge, handle, and lock cutouts. The shell is then sanded, polished to the specified gloss or matte level, and passes through a scratch-resistance topcoat station. Hardware assembly — telescopic handle, wheels, TSA lock, interior lining — happens on a dedicated line before the final QC inspection and protective wrapping.
