Our maximum sheet size is 3,000mm × 8,000mm. For plates larger than 2,000mm in any dimension, we use specialized large-format equipment. For smaller custom sheets, we offer more competitive pricing due to optimized material utilization.
We offer three main finish options: matte (industrial), satin, and high-gloss. Gloss finish requires additional sanding and polishing steps. We also provide UD (unidirectional) finish for applications requiring specific fiber orientation visibility.
We accept orders from 1 piece for standard sheets. For custom CNC-cut parts, the minimum order value is USD 100. There is no minimum quantity requirement for standard sheet sizes. Bulk orders receive volume discounts automatically.
Yes, we provide material certificates for all our carbon fiber plates, including fiber type, resin content, and tensile strength data. Mechanical test reports (tensile, flexural, and compression) are available upon request. Third-party testing can be arranged for specific requirements.
