Extra thick carbon fiber plates deliver exceptional rigidity and structural stability for demanding industrial applications. Specifically, unlike standard carbon fiber sheets, these heavy-duty plates range from 30mm to 120mm in thickness. Therefore, they provide a solid carbon fiber block that serves as an ideal base material for CNC machining, mold tooling, and precision engineering.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the internal unidirectional fiber layup maximizes strength along the primary load path. Meanwhile, the outer twill or plain weave surface adds cross-directional reinforcement and a premium finish. As a result, the combination of UD core and woven surface delivers both raw strength and surface durability in one solid plate.<\/p>\n

Additionally, our extra thick carbon fiber plates come in four carbon fiber grades. In particular, we offer T300<\/strong> for general industrial use, T700<\/strong> for high-performance structural requirements, T800<\/strong> for advanced applications, and T1000<\/strong> for specialized high-strength needs. Moreover, you can choose between glossy and matte surface finishes. Notably, standard sizes range from 500\u00d7500mm to 1200\u00d71200mm, and we accept custom orders up to a maximum of 3000\u00d78000mm.<\/p>\n

In terms of the manufacturing process, the plate is built through multiple layers of unidirectional carbon fiber inside. This creates a dense and uniform core for maximum strength. After that, the outer layers use woven carbon fiber fabric in twill or plain weave pattern for surface protection and aesthetics. Consequently, these plates combine the raw strength of unidirectional carbon with the durability of a woven surface \u2014 making them suitable for applications where standard thin sheets simply cannot meet the performance requirements.<\/p>\n
