A carbon fiber spoiler<\/strong> generates real downforce at speed \u2014 a few millimeters off on the airfoil profile and the aero benefit is gone. We mold every spoiler from a precision-machined die, not hand-layup over foam. Consistent shape, consistent performance, every piece.<\/p>\n

Precision-Molded Airfoil, Not Hand-Laid<\/h3>\n

Pre-preg compression molding with CNC-machined dies gives every spoiler the exact profile your designer specified. The layup is tailored: UD layers on the high-stress bottom skin, 3K twill on the visible top surface. After curing at 130\u00b0C under pressure, each wing is inspected for surface defects and dimensional accuracy.<\/p>\n
