Tube Production and CNC Machining in One Factory<\/h3>\n

Every machined tube starts as one of our roll-wrapped or pultruded tubes \u2014 up to 3m per section or 4m continuous. We machine on 3-axis and 4-axis CNC centers with custom fixtures designed for carbon fiber, not adapted from metal tooling. End-face cutting, cross-hole drilling, slot milling, internal\/external threading, chamfering, taper turning \u2014 if it can be done on a tube, we do it.<\/p>\n

CF-Specific CNC Parameters for Clean Edges<\/h3>\n

Carbon fiber doesn’t cut like aluminum. Wrong feeds and speeds cause delamination, fraying, and internal damage you can’t see. We’ve spent years dialing in diamond-coated bits, tool paths, and fixturing specifically for CF tubes. The result: clean edges, no delamination, dimensional accuracy that holds.
