Most carbon fiber manufacturers max out at 1.5m \u00d7 2m. We go to 3m \u00d7 8m. That’s not a small difference \u2014 it’s the difference between a panel with splice joints and a panel without them. In structural applications, every joint is a stress concentration, a potential failure point, and an inspection liability. One uninterrupted sheet eliminates all three. For large platforms, architectural surfaces, and oversized structural components, a big format carbon panel isn’t a luxury \u2014 it’s the only way to get the job done right.<\/p>\n

Producing oversized CF sheet isn’t just a matter of having a bigger press. It requires uniform pressure distribution across 24 square meters of laminate, consistent temperature control edge to edge, and handling equipment that can move a 3m \u00d7 8m panel without flexing it past its strain limit during demolding. We’ve been pressing at this scale for years \u2014 the process is dialed in, the rejects are low, and the quality is consistent across the full area. Every large sheet gets a full-surface flatness inspection before it ships.<\/p>\n

Available in T300 through T1000, twill or plain weave, matte or glossy finish. Standard thickness range 0.5mm to 50mm+. CNC machining of oversized panels available \u2014 we can cut your large parts directly from the full sheet. Custom sizes and shapes on request.<\/p>\n
